20.50.630 PK-02 – Single-family residential parking standards.

This parking standards (PK) section applies to the following zoning districts:
A1 A2 A3 R1 R2 VR
The following standards shall apply:
A. Minimum Number. A minimum of two (2) off-street parking spaces shall be required per dwelling unit, including accessory dwelling units, when permitted.
B. Location.
1. Same Lot. The parking spaces required shall be located on the same lot as the dwelling unit.
2. Garages. The parking spaces shall not include spaces within car ports or garages. [Ord. 12-27-11 § 5.63.]
