The regulatory authority is authorized to issue retail food establishment, temporary retail food establishment, seasonal retail establishment, and bed and breakfast permits, collect permit fees and fines, perform inspections, order or otherwise compel correction of violations of this chapter, and is otherwise authorized to perform all actions necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
