A. Permittees shall erect and maintain all necessary barricades, detour signs and warning lights as required by the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, to safely direct traffic over and around that part of the road where the work is to be performed, for so long as the work in any way interferes with traffic.

B. Permittees shall move or remove any structures or things installed should traffic conditions or road improvement so necessitate or when requested so to do by the Jasper County Engineer, Jasper County Highway Superintendent, Board of Commissioners, or their designee.

C. The permittee shall restore the County property cut into or damaged, including street or highway lateral cuts, to its or their condition immediately prior to the damage or cut.

D. The permittee shall assume all responsibility for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from the work performed or contemplated by the application for permit. The applicant shall hold Jasper County, the Board of Commissioners, the Jasper County Highway Department, and the Jasper County Engineering Department, and all other Jasper County officers, officials and departments, harmless from any damages sustained either directly or indirectly by reason of the work performed or contemplated to be performed under the permit.
