A. Special provisions will be attached by the Board of Commissioners whenever it deems them necessary to limit construction or define the materials used in restoration.

B. All special provisions which are attached by the Board of Commissioners must be adhered to before any restoration will be accepted. [Ord. 2-5-01A (J) and (K).]
