A. The Department shall conduct a minimum of two inspections per year of body art establishments permitted under this chapter. Additional inspections may be conducted by the Department, as they deem necessary and/or in response to complaints submitted.

B. Violations noted by the Department shall be corrected immediately by the permittee.

C. The results of the inspection shall be provided to the establishment.

D. Inspection reports are public records available to the general public and media. [Ord. 09-06-22 § 1.]
