A. Licensed physicians who perform body art procedures as part of patient treatment are exempt from these regulations.

B. Individuals who pierce only the lobes of the ear with a pre-sterilized single-use stud-and-clasp ear-piercing system are exempt from these regulations. [Ord. 09-06-22 § 1.]
