The simple subdivision (SS) type is intended to provide a development option with the following features:
Land Use.
•As per this Unified Development Code
Applicability.
•Lot splits creating up to 3 lots
Pedestrian Network.
•Sidewalks and sidepaths along perimeter streets when required by the Plan Commission
Vehicular Network.
•Connectivity to land behind frontage lots
•Assure separation of driveways
Site Feature Preservation.
•Strive to save existing quality tree stands
