The Jasper County HAVA Advisory Council shall consist of the following persons or their designees:

A. Jasper County Clerk.

B. All members of the Jasper County Election Board.

C. At least two representatives of the disabilities community or elderly voters which shall be residents of Jasper County with a variety of backgrounds, partisan affiliations and perspectives.

D. The HAVA Advisory Council shall have a Chairman, Vice Chairman and a Secretary who will be elected by the HAVA Advisory Council for a term of one year. [Ord. 12-27-05C § 2.]
