The ordinance codified in this title and all ordinances supplemental or amendatory shall be known as the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance of Jasper County, Indiana, and may be cited as such and will be referred to herein in whole or in part, as the case may be, as “this title” or “this title, chapter, section, or subsection.” [Ord. 10-02-23E §§ 1 – 3.]
