No person, corporation, or association of any nature shall operate or cause to be operated any vehicle upon, along, or on the public highways, roads, or bridges within Jasper County with a total gross weight in excess of the posted weight limits upon the roads or bridges unless prior permission is granted specifically by the Jasper County Highway Department or other officials designated by the Jasper County Board of Commissioners for routes and loads upon the public highways and bridges within Jasper County and upon any restrictions or requirements which may be imposed by the Jasper County Highway Department.
