8.05.070 Permit fees.
A permit fee as set forth in JCC 3.45.050 is required to be paid to the Jasper County Health Department prior to the issuance of any permit.
A. Fees are reviewed in Jasper County annually for possible revisions.
B. Fees are required for each calendar year or any portion thereof for a permit to operate a retail food establishment; temporary food establishment; seasonal retail food establishment; vending machine establishment; or bed and breakfast.
C. Fees are required for each day of operation of a temporary food establishment up to a maximum equal to the fee required for an annual permit.
D. No fee shall be required and no fee shall be paid for establishments operated by religious, educational or charitable organizations that are exempt from the Indiana gross income tax under IC 6-2.1-3-20 through 6-2.1-3-22. [Ord. 12-27-17B § 7; Ord. 9-6-00D § 7.]
