The ordinance codified in this chapter and all ordinances supplemental or amendatory hereto shall be known as the retail food establishment and bed and breakfast ordinance of Jasper County, and may be cited as such and will be referred to as “this chapter.” [Ord. 9-6-00D § 1.]
