Any person who violates any duty imposed by this chapter or commits any act declared hereby to be unlawful and for which no specific penalty is prescribed or provided by the laws of the State of Indiana, or by this chapter, shall be guilty or a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined for each offense in any sum not to exceed $500.00.
