The Board shall make and ratify all agreements authorizing the issuance of and transactions involving group policies for health, hospitalization and medical insurance, subject to the terms and conditions of the group policy covering the aforesaid employees and officeholders, and, if applicable under the policies of insurance, the families of the aforesaid employees and officeholders.
