A. The definition of “personnel” set forth in IC 5-11-1-27(c) is adopted for purposes of this chapter.

B. The Uniform Internal Control Standards for Indiana Political Subdivisions, published by the Indiana State Board of Accounts under IC 5-11-1-27(e), are adopted; and

C. Jasper County personnel shall receive training concerning the Internal Control Standards, and any future policies and procedures promulgated by the Board of Commissioners. [Ord. 6-6-16D §§ 1–3.]
