A. Fund. Pursuant to IC 32-29-7-3, the Sheriff’s Foreclosure Sales Fee Fund is established at $300.00 per foreclosure effective August 1, 2022.

B. Administration. The fees collected are to be deposited in the County General Fund for the appropriation of the operating expenses of the Sheriff’s Department.

C. Fees are based on the sale being conducted by Sheriff’s personnel. If a licensed auctioneer is requested by the seller, all expenses associated with the hiring of a licensed auctioneer will be added to the above fees in accordance with IC 32-29-7-4.
