A. The Auditor of Jasper County shall collect a fee of $10.00 for each parcel contained in the deed for which the Auditor makes a real property endorsement.

B. The Auditor of Jasper County shall establish a fund entitled Plat Book Maintenance Fund and deposit all amounts received under this section to the fund.

C. All amounts in the Plat Book Maintenance Fund shall be used only for the purpose of maintaining the computer equipment and records used to maintain the grantor/grantee record (plat book) in the office of the Jasper County Recorder, and for training of any and all personnel of the Jasper County Auditor, in the use or operation of any computer services used to maintain the grantor/grantee records of Jasper County Auditor.
