A. Charge for Returned Checks. A charge of $25.00 shall be charged by the Treasurer of Jasper County to a signatory of any check returned to the Treasurer of Jasper County by a bank or other financial institution, regardless of the reason for such return.

B. Disposition of Charges. All funds received by the Treasurer for charges made herein shall be deposited in the Jasper County General Fund. [Ord. 10-02-23A § 1; Ord. 5-4-98A §§ 1, 2.]
