The ordinance codified in this chapter and any parts herein shall be known as the Jasper County Electronic Map Ordinance.

In accordance with IC 5-14-3-2, “person” as used in this agreement is defined as an individual, a corporation, a limited liability company, a partnership, an unincorporated association, or a governmental entity, and “electronic map data” as used in this agreement is defined as copyrighted data provided by a public agency from an electronic geographic information system.
