3.45.030 Fees for services.

The Jasper County Board of Health may charge a service fee not in excess of the cost for providing to any person the following services:
A. For services provided by the Jasper County Health Department in providing a copy of a certificate of birth and death, IC 16-1-4-24.
B. For services provided in the inspection of retail food establishments, temporary food stands, or seasonal food stands, they must obtain a food permit from the Jasper County Health Department as authorized by 410 IAC 7-24.
C. For supervision and inspection of sanitary installations as required by JCC 13.05.020(K)(3), as authorized by 410 IAC 6-8.3.
D. For water sampling and testing by the Jasper County Hospital: bacteria – $8.00, nitrates – $10.00, administrative expense – $7.00; total fee: $25.00.
