The Board of Commissioners establishes the Cumulative Bridge Fund of Jasper County to provide funds for the cost of construction, maintenance and repair of bridges, approaches and grade separations, and for County-wide bridge inspection and safety ratings for all bridges in the County not in the State highway system. A levy of $0.20 per $100.00 of assessed valuation is established. [Code 1988 § 112.01.]
