A. The Board of Commissioners hereby elects to continue to receive deposits from the Department of Corrections in accordance with the provisions of IC 11-12-6.

B. The Board of Commissioners hereby elects to receive such deposits at Level 3 funding, and deposit such funds in the County Corrections Fund in accordance with the provisions of IC 11-12-6.

C. The County Corrections Fund shall be used only for purposes permitted by State law. Any money remaining in the County Corrections Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund, but shall remain in the County Correction Fund. [Ord. 3-1-99 §§ 1–3.]
