Pursuant to the provisions of IC 6-9-18 et seq., as amended, the Jasper County Council does ordain a Jasper County innkeeper’s tax at the rate of five percent of gross retail income derived from lodging to be reported on forms approved by the Jasper County Treasurer, and that the Jasper County innkeeper’s tax shall be paid monthly to the Jasper County Treasurer not more than 20 days after the end of the month in which the Jasper County innkeeper’s tax is collected.
