When a violation or alleged violation of the Unified Development Code has been identified on a property and notice of the violation or alleged violation has been conveyed in writing to the violator, any new filing for any permit or approval shall be held by the Zoning Administrator until the violation or alleged violation is resolved; provided, that the desired approval would complicate, escalate, or add to the violation or alleged violation. All other filings for an approval shall be processed as described in the Unified Development Code. [Ord. 3-7-16A § 1; Ord. 12-27-11 § 10.06.]
