Members of the Redevelopment Commission shall be at least 18 years of age and must be residents of the County. The nonvoting advisor must be a member of the school board of a school corporation that includes all or part of the Redevelopment District. Members shall take and subscribe an oath of office before beginning the duties thereof and shall execute a bond as set forth in IC 36-7-14-7. [Ord. 1-4-11A § 5.]
