2.50.200 Officers and employees of incorporated and unincorporated areas of the County – General duties during emergency.

During a declared disaster emergency, all officers and employees of incorporated and unincorporated areas of Jasper County shall:
A. Cooperate with and give active support to the Board of Commissioners and the Jasper County Emergency Management Director.
B. Comply with all orders, rules and regulations issued pursuant to this chapter by the Board of Commissioners or the Jasper County Emergency Management Director. [Ord. 5-25-06A § 4(F).]
