Article II. County Emergency Management Advisory Council – Administration of Department of Emergency Management

The Jasper County Emergency Management Advisory Council is established by IC 10-14-3-17(c) and under this statute consists of the following individuals or their designees:

A. The president of the Board of Jasper County Commissioners or a member of the Board of Jasper County Commissioners appointed from the membership of the Board of Jasper County Commissioners;

B. The president of the Jasper County fiscal body (Council) or a member of the fiscal body appointed by the membership of the Council;

C. The mayor of each city located in Jasper County;

D. An individual representing the legislative bodies of all towns located within Jasper County;

E. Representatives of such private and public agencies or organizations which can be of assistance to emergency management as the organizing group considers appropriate, or as may be added later by the Jasper County Commissioners. [Ord. 5-25-06A § 3(A).]
