2.30.030 Co-payments required when.

A person confined to the Jasper County Jail, except as provided in JCC 2.30.040 and 2.30.050, shall be required to make a co-payment in an amount of $15.00 for each provision of any of the following services:
A. Dentist visit;
B. Physician visit;
C. Glasses;
D. Ophthalmologist/optometrist visit;
E. Prescription handling fee;
