A. In accordance with IC 3-11-1.5, Jasper County by and through its Board of Commissioners, establishes voter precincts for Jasper County.

B. Each precinct is established as described in the maps set forth herein.

C. The list of precincts and estimated number of voters in each precinct is set out in Exhibit A*.

D. This order setting voter precincts shall become effective on the date specified by the State Election Board or on the first date permitted under IC 3-11-1.5-25, if no effective date is specified by the State Election Board. Ordered by the Board of Commissioners 12/4/89.

E. The official report and all official documents of the 1980 decennial census of the State of Indiana, produced by the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census, are incorporated by reference into this chapter. [Code 1988 § 30.05.]
