Allowance for claims filed for burial expenses pursuant to IC 10-5-3-1 and, if the facts averred are found to be true, as a tribute of respect due such member of the armed forces, shall be made in the sum of $200.00 for burial of a veteran and $100.00 to set a grave marker. [Ord. 7-3-03B.]
