A. The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney or his appointed designee;

B. The Jasper County judge exercising juvenile jurisdiction or his designee;

C. The Coroner of Jasper County or an appointed deputy coroner;

D. A member of the Jasper County Health Department;

E. A physician residing in Jasper County or actively practicing medicine in Jasper County;

F. The Sheriff of Jasper County or other law enforcement officer appointed and designated by the Jasper County Sheriff;

G. The Director of the Jasper County Department of Child Services or his appointed designee from the Jasper County Department of Child Services;

H. A pathologist with forensic experience who is licensed to practice medicine in Indiana;

I. A representative from one volunteer fire department located in Jasper County;

J. A representative from one emergency medical service provider located in Jasper County;

K. The Chief Executive Officer of the Jasper County Hospital or his appointed designee from the staff of the Jasper County Hospital;

L. A mental health provider residing in or actively practicing in Jasper County; and

M. A Jasper County resident appointed by the Jasper County Commissioners. [Ord. 3-2-09 § 1.]
