A. The Jasper County Civil Defense Department is established.
B. A Director will be appointed for the organization to serve at the pleasure of the Civil Defense Department and the Board of County Commissioners.
C. The Jasper County Treasurer will be responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all civil defense funds, where funds are provided for civil defense purposes. [Ord. 8-5-91B § 6; Code 1988 § 130.01.]
