The Commissioners may use facsimile signature stamps to sign claims and other documents. Each facsimile signature stamp may only be used by the person whose signature it bears or with that person’s consent. A facsimile signature stamp is a “mark” for the purposes of this code. [Code 1988 § 14.04.]
