The most recently published edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised, shall govern meetings of the Board of Commissioners unless those rules conflict with State law or with a section of this code, or unless the rules have been suspended after proper motion and vote by the Board. Two copies of these rules are filed in the Office of the County Auditor for public inspection and are incorporated herein by reference. [Code 1988 § 14.03.]
