The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged an error in any requirement, decision, or determination is made by the Floodplain Administrator in the enforcement or administration of this title. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may appeal such decision pursuant to IC 36-7-4-1016 and in accordance with IC 36-7-4-1600 et seq. to the Jasper County Circuit or Superior Court.
