In addition to the requirements of this chapter, compliance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 20.60 JCC, Subdivision Types, and other parts of this code pertaining to development, plans, building and improvement location permits, construction inspections, appeals, and similar matters, and compliance with applicable Indiana statutes and regulations shall be required.
