No one shall construct, install, operate or maintain any wires, cables, or other lines of any nature in, on, over, across or along the right-of-way of any street or highway of Jasper County at a height less than 20 feet from the ground or other surface immediately under such wire, cable or line; and, if the wires, cables, or other lines carry electric current of 110 volts or more, it shall be unlawful to construct, install, operate or maintain any such wire, cable or line at a height less than 25 feet from the ground or other surface immediately under such wire, cable or line.
