IC 36-7-9 is adopted by reference as the Jasper County Unsafe Building Code. All proceedings within Jasper County for the inspection, repair, and removal of unsafe buildings shall be governed by the law and the provisions of this code. In the event the provisions of this code conflict with the provisions of IC 36-7-9, then the provisions of the State statute shall control. [Code 1988 § 171.02.]
