Resolution No. 8-6-1990B, passed by Jasper County on August 6, 1990, and agreed to by the city of Rensselaer, and the towns of DeMotte and Remington, sets forth the policy of building code enforcements in the extra-territorial jurisdictional areas for planning and zoning in Jasper County.
