The Health Officer may serve any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter with a written order to comply, which shall state the nature of the violation and shall specify a time limit for satisfactory correction. [Ord. 08-14-23 § 3; Ord. 8-5-91B § 3; Code 1988 § 72.05.]
