“Parade” means any march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant, procession of any kind, rally, demonstration, or any similar public display, in or upon any street, park, or other outdoor place owned or under the control of the County.

“Parade and use permit” means the permit required by this article.

“Traditional County events” are the Martin Luther King, Jr., Rally, Memorial Day Services, Farmers’ Market Saturdays, Cruise Night, the Jasper County Fair, the Little Cousin Jasper Festival, the St. Joseph’s College and High School Homecoming Parades, Veterans Day Services, and the Christmas Parade.
