If the County reasonably believes the safety of the public is at risk, the County may take measures to protect the public. Depending on the situation, these measures may include, but shall not be limited to, the following:

A. Limitation or modification of the parade route;

B. Exclusion of protesters from the immediate area reserved for the parade;

C. Prohibition of weapons in the immediate area reserved for the parade;

D. Limitation of number of participants to the number estimated on the permit;

E. Limitation of speakers to those scheduled to appear;

F. Erection of barriers between onlookers and attendees, speakers, or marchers. [Ord. 7-6-99A § 1; Code 1988 Ch. 119, Div. 2 § 8.]
