12.05.090 Contents of permit.

Each parade and use permit shall state the following information:

A. The date of the parade;

B. The starting and ending times of the parade;

C. The portions of the streets to be traversed and the streets and other locations that may be occupied by the parade;

D. The number of persons and vehicles that may be in the parade;

E. Such other information as may be necessary to ensure the public safety in accordance with JCC 12.05.110. [Ord. 7-6-99A § 1; Code 1988 Ch. 119, Div. 2 § 6.]
