A. It shall be unlawful for any person to stage or attempt to stage a parade without first having obtained a permit as provided in this article.

B. It shall be unlawful for any person to participate in a parade for which a permit has not been granted.

C. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to comply with all directions and conditions of the parade and use permit issued pursuant to this article.

D. It shall be unlawful to provide false or misleading information on the parade and use permit application form.

E. Any person violating the provisions of any section of this article shall be subject to revocation of the permit as prescribed in JCC 12.05.120. [Ord. 7-6-99A § 1; Code 1988 Ch. 119, Div. 1 § 3.]
