The Jasper County Board of Commissioners determines the following policy for school bus turn-arounds:
A. No County equipment shall leave the County highway right-of-way for the purpose of maintaining bus turn-arounds.
B. No stone shall be dumped off of the County right-of-way for the purpose of bus turn-arounds.
C. The reason for these regulations is the liability insurance. [Code 1988 § 118.01.]
